The RAPA Group – great variety and lots of exciting tasks in different areas of application

There are a wide variety of positions to fill at RAPA. In order to develop, produce and sell our products, we need engineers, technicians, production staff and many other experts and specialists: sales specialists, IT specialists, marketing people, lawyers and managers are indispensable for us.

The RAPA Group comprises three divisions: RAPA Automotive, RAPA Healthcare and RAPA Industry. There are many different areas of work here and there is a lively exchange between the teams and employees, mutual support and lots of fun at work. Whether in production, sales, administration, IT or logistics and warehousing, everyone works together.

Our aim is to offer all employees a job that suits their personal skills and interests. Work stands not only for productivity, but also for recognition, appreciation and skills development. RAPA is a company with a long tradition and a forward-looking approach. RAPA’s success story began back in 1920 – when it was founded as a small craft business. Today, RAPA is a globally recognized engineering and technology partner as well as manufacturer and system supplier for customer and application-specific valve technology and fluid mechatronic system solutions. RAPA has a total of around 1000 employees at 3 different locations worldwide.

Autonomous driving, e-mobility and digitalization – RAPA Automotive is active wherever premium car manufacturers and first-tier suppliers are redefining the future of driving. As an internationally oriented automotive supplier, we develop and manufacture precision valve components and highly complex systems for the chassis, transmission and comfort control systems for the convertible top and luggage compartment as well as sensor cleaning solutions for driver assistance systems.

As a supplier to medical technology companies, RAPA Healthcare produces components for fluid technology. We specialize in tailor-made valves, solenoid valves and fluid handling components – whether components, assemblies or complete systems – for medical technology manufacturers and their medical products and devices. The focus is on customized solutions for shutting off, regulating and controlling a wide variety of media.

RAPA Industry

As an engineering-driven company, we specialize in the development and manufacture of high-quality industrial valves for liquid and gas applications in fluid technology. We offer standard solutions and develop customized special solutions according to the wishes and requirements of our customers – both in terms of components and assemblies and complete solutions. RAPA Industry is the division with the longest tradition, which emerged from the production of solenoid valves established at the end of the 1960s.
