Your tasks
- Ensuring that all project goals are achieved through proactive controlling; controlling product or project costs using key figures and variance analyses
- Precise knowledge of manufacturing processes, as these directly influence product costs and thus the company’s earnings
- Precise determination and control of overhead costs, with which the products are debited and the (production) cost centers are credited
- Direct contact with the entire project team (sales, purchasing, development, equipment design, hall managers, logistics, quality)
- Continuous further development of existing tools (ERP system, Excel)
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration or industrial engineering (ideally with a focus on cost and activity accounting/controlling/accounting); alternatively
Training as an industrial business administrator or business economist with a corresponding focus - First professional experience in controlling
- Independent and autonomous work
- High customer and service orientation
- Commercial as well as goal- and result-oriented thinking and acting
- Reliability, flexibility, teamwork and communication skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office programs and ERP knowledge
