To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager who will be responsible for supporting and developing our customer relationships in the medical technology sector, where there is a growing need for customized solutions. In this position, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers as well as maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.

Your tasks

  • Support and expansion of the customer base in the medical technology sector
  • Identification and development of new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Development of individual solutions and offers in close cooperation with our development team
  • Carrying out market analyses and observing the competition
  • Representation of RAPA Healthcare at public events and trade fairs

Your profile

  • Completed degree in economics, engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in sales
  • Specialist knowledge in the field of valve technology and fluidics is an advantage
  • Industry and market knowledge from the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry
  • Strong customer orientation and negotiating skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel and good English skills
