Your tasks

Responsibility for achieving project goals and leading project teams through to project completion, particularly in the field of electronic component development
Organizational design of the project, in particular the distribution of tasks, competencies and responsibilities
Coordination, communication and transparent presentation of the project status internally and externally
Project management and controlling of schedule, budget and performance progress
Preparation and implementation of project meetings and documentation of project progress and results

Your profile

Successfully completed studies with a technical background (mechatronics, electronics, electrical engineering, etc.) / project management or comparable
Knowledge of project management, preferably in the automotive industry
Experience in the electronics environment (E/E) desirable, but also for career starters
High level of self-motivation, strong communication skills, excellent conflict management, assertiveness and ability to work in a team
Leadership qualities, strategic thinking, motivation, stamina and resilience
Good knowledge of German and English
Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially MS Project
