The heart of every product validation is service life testing. Our motor-pump-unit (MPU) is tested in a complex system consisting of a closed oil circuit, dynamic pressure conditions, changing temperatures and varying loads on the units in a climatic chamber. The interaction of all parameters is not yet fully developed and effects such as system pressure loss, leakage and cavities still need to be understood and optimized.

Topic: Analysis of the physical properties of the endurance system with regard to pressure, oil volume and temperature influence.

Focal points

Theoretical and practical analysis of the existing influencing parameters
Development of proposed solutions to avoid failures during testing
Testing the behavior between oil and different pressures and temperatures

Your profile

Degree in physics, technical physics or a comparable course of study
Basic physical knowledge of thermodynamics and hydraulics
Independent and structured way of working and ability to work in a team
Business fluent in written and spoken German or English
