Jobs in der Produktion: Hightech, Präzision & Fingerfertigkeit

Welcome to the heart of our production! High-tech machines, highly automated production systems, robotics and assembly and manual workstations come together here to produce first-class valve components and fluidic systems for the automotive industry, medical technology and general industry.

Our modern production processes combine precision, technology and traditional craftsmanship to create high-quality products for demanding industries. At RAPA, we focus on innovation and efficiency to succeed in a constantly evolving industrial landscape.

About RAPA’s production in Selb

RAPA produces at full speed in our seven halls with an area of around 10,000 square meters. More than half of our dedicated workforce, including our colleagues from logistics, work in production. Well-trained skilled workers play a crucial role in manufacturing and shipping more than 15 million parts and system components every year.

Varied activities in RAPA production

At our main plant, you will experience every day how skilled craftsmanship and a steady hand come together in the assembly of components. This combination of genuine manual work and state-of-the-art technology with fully automated production and robots is the key to our globally sought-after product quality and high productivity.

The tasks in the factory halls are varied and range from operating and equipping the machines to checking parts, documenting measurement results, maintenance work, functional tests and final assembly for complete production. The system assembly of ready-to-install modules, in which mechanical and electronic parts are seamlessly integrated, is particularly challenging.
