All-rounder switching valves for a wide range of applications
The valve series is a proven solution for hydraulic systems that has been used millions of times over for years. The valves make it possible to control, change or block the direction of hydraulic fluids or oil in various applications, such as industrial and mobile hydraulics, medical technology, mechanical engineering and the automotive industry.
2/2-way or 3/2-way solenoid valve with electric control
The robust switching valves are 2/2-way or 3/2-way valves with an on/off function and are ideal for use at high pressures of up to 200 bar and flow rates of up to 1.5 l/min. The valves can be operated voltage-controlled with 12V or 24V or current-controlled. Normally closed (NC) and normally open (NO) versions are available and electrical contact is made via plugs with protection class IP40 or IP6K9. The mounting bracket with corrosion protection to automotive standard enables use in splash water areas.
These valves control the direction of the oil flow between two independent hydraulic lines and ensure that different flow paths for the fluid medium are enabled or blocked. The valve is a hydraulic component for shutting off or releasing the flow.

The directional control valve series is based on a flexible modular system that enables the quick and easy realization of different connection configurations, different voltages and functions. Thanks to the ball-seat valve design, they guarantee maximum tightness, a long service life and above-average robustness. A non-return or pressure retention function is also available.
Compared to standard industrial valves, our valves are extremely compact and offer extremely competitive prices due to the high degree of automation. The cartridge-style valve is designed for installation in blocks, which RAPA can also produce directly to customer specifications. Production takes place on highly automated systems, and only final-tested parts leave the factory thanks to 100% EOL in-house testing. The NV valve series is therefore a reliable, robust and flexible solution for hydraulic systems that meets the highest requirements.
