Oliver Henkelmann-Mattheus will join Dr. Roman Pausch and Karin Wolf on the management board of RAPA Automotive from July 1, 2024.

Since 2014, Dr. Roman Pausch and Karin Wolf have managed RAPA Automotive in a stable manner and ensured the company’s sustainable and significant growth. Oliver Henkelmann-Mattheus has been Vice President Sales since the end of 2016 and has successfully shaped RAPA’s sales fortunes in the automotive sector ever since. In addition to being responsible for global sales issues, he was also responsible for expanding the local sales network at the sister plant in the USA and for setting up sales channels in China.

Oliver Henkelmann-Mattheus has been working in the automotive industry for almost 20 years. Thanks to his technical training in automotive engineering and his business management background, he has a broad base and has made valuable contributions to the further development of the company through various professional positions in different types of companies in the automotive industry.

Thanks to the structural changes, the customer-oriented approach at RAPA Automotive can be implemented in an even more targeted and agile manner.
