Service Anniversary Dinner in Auburn
RAPA LP – USA recently honored their Associates celebrating 5- and 10-Year Service Anniversaries in 2024. On Thursday, June 6th a dinner was held in their honor in the Camelia Room of Robert Trent Jones Marriott Resort at Grand National. It was a special evening to recognize each person individually for their dedication and contributions to the success of RAPA. Congratulations and thank you to each of them. RAPA Limited Partnership (LP) was founded in the USA in May 2012 and currently employs 135 people. The company is based in Auburn, Alabama. RAPA LP is a wholly owned subsidiary of the automotive division of RAPA Holding, based in Germany. The family business was founded in 1920 in Selb, Bavaria. RAPA’s headquarters are located here. In addition to the automotive sector, the engineering and technology company also works for customers in the industrial and healthcare sectors. RAPA Automotive, including its US subsidiary, serves premium brands from the automotive industry as well as leading first-tier suppliers. The most important customers of the team in Auburn include Stellantis, Audi, Tesla, Vibracoustic and ZF. In the USA, the product portfolio focuses on pneumatic and hydraulic components for chassis and transmissions. Customers benefit from technically sophisticated valve blocks and residual pressure valves for air suspension, electric valves for shifting and control as well as damper valve technology for electronic damper systems. RAPA LP also manufactures the HIS ® spring piston accumulator, which is required for the start-stop function of combustion engine cars.
RAPA LP currently has an annual turnover of almost USD 45 million and is led by Carmen Jordan as CEO. RAPA Holding is headed by Dr. Roman Pausch, great-grandson of company founder August Pausch, and Karin Wolf. In May 2022, the company looked back on ten successful years in America.
